after 2 years wait time we got a new shipment from Aries/Ukraine ( Valery Deryuzhin ) with SAFIX.
The SAFIX is a fully multicoated optical corrector in a 1.25" Body like a Barlowlens, 1 side 1.25" barrel, other side it accept 1.25" eyepieces.
The SAFIX is a spherical aberration corrector with a fine tuning build in and now as new improvement with a removable 0.80 x focalreducer.
The SAFIX works fine for achromats, apochromats, Maksutov and Schmidt Cassegrain Telescopes. But rotating the SAFIX during Startesting you find the best SAFIX Position for your specific telescope. If all simple to do steps are done right , you nully correct your telescope and so you remove almost any spherical aberration.
