Here is some interesting information about Astreya. Not only they produce APO and SAPO lenses, but they also produce optics for lasers and also make mirrors and prisms, mak cass and mak newt optical sets.
They are in Russian only, but google translate works well.

Yes, we produce optics for different purposes. APOs and SAPOs are only one direction of our activity. We also make test plates, mirrors, lenses, plates and telescopes for laser engraving machines and so on.

I asked recently about a lens, but even with your excellent price, the shipping costs destroyed any chance of a sale. Is this something you can address in the future?
I took a quick loook at your site, from the link Jim posted, and couldn't find any details on any of the optical sets. Is there some way you can provide a brief price and specification list, even via this forum?

Yes, Jim, both 102 F/8 and 180 F/9 are new lenses. These are air spaces triplets based on russian ОF6 glass. The main idea of the design is to obtain high temperature stability of the image. For this reason we don't use any ED glasses such as OK4, FPL53 in the design. Compare: TCE for OF6 is 44, TCE for FPL53 is 145. There is the difference. The first samples of 102 F/8 lenses have already passed testing on real sky objects and have shown high quality color correction and high stability of the image.

What is Astreya plans for 2008. I see Astreya offers a the 130 and 152 SAPO telescope. Will there be a 102 and 180 telescope?

yes, it sort of answers my question, at least in respect of the 102 lens. I was also keen to know what mirror optics (if any) were available.
We both know what the shipping headaches are, and I guess in a round about sort of way I was suggesting to Andrey that this may be the stumbling block in his plan. Hopefully he can sort this out.

If you use Google translate http://www.google.com/language_tools they have Russian to English translate and will do the web page. They make on the mirror section mak newt optical/ cass sets up to 14". I found with the shipping if a few guys go in, this will break up the shipping cost. The 102 I have the spot matrix and Chromatic focal shift info in the photo section of the forum.
