| Hello Andrey I own a IM715 scope i suppose was designed by you and recently i attempted to adjust collimation but for my bad fortune when i was doing adjustments in one of the three screws all the secondary holder rotated, as i was in the dark i was unable to restore the secondary to the original position and now i'm worried is if this issue will affect the performance of my 715 ?? And more if by bad luck that happens to my Santel Mk6 or MK91 that will impact their performance? Thanks in advance! Israel |

| Hi Israel, Maybe I can help. I was thinking, the Santel is the MK7, is not yours IM715. I know Andrey has no relations with Intes Micro. The Santel MK7 is a F10, crayford style focuser and the IM715 is a F15 with a moving primary mirror. After intes broke up, they all went their own ways around 10 years ago. I believe the 7.1 after the break up. The Santel's are a different story and the same with the MN's 6"'s. I was looking around, the best guy to ask would be Mark at Tenton http://www.tetontelescope.com/index.php?cPath=6&&page=2 he has the IM715 in stock and i'm sure he knows best all the in's and outs with that scope. I met him at the NEAF and is a great guy. Jim |
