Default M82 and M57 with a visual aid

I took these images with my Mallincam Color Hyper Plus. It has exposure times up to 56sec. These were at 14 sec. Both are single images no processing under some haze and less than Ideal seeing conditions.

The images are what you see on the tv screen live.

The camera lets me have the best of both worlds an APO and DSO's in color. One of the best things is using it with friends and family. It also work great on the Moon. I hope they come out with a high rez version sometime.

Brad, that is really too cool.....I can imaging stacking many of these and getting a quite clean shot.
I can imagine that this would really work slick when you had a community outreach type program....with many folks around a monitor to see what is going on.

thanks for sharing,

bud

Bud your right about how well it works with other people around. The best thing about the camera for me is getting colored DSO's with a 6".

I find really helpful for beginners. I remember showing the Swan to some family memeber with an EP. I would tell them what they are looking at and then have them tell me what they see. Most of the time half of them would get it right and the other half wouldnt. Weather it was focus or just because they havent spent much time behind an EP.

With this camera I dont have that problem.

For me it gives me a the best of both worlds a top APO that can show me DSO is color.
