UCLA astronomy professor Ned Wright, PhD, will speak to the Ventura County Astronomical Society at 7:30 p.m. Friday, Oct. 20 in the Forum Auditorium at Moorpark College. Wright, a Harvard graduate, will speak on "Observing the Origin of the Universe." Scientists can now see the structure of the universe as it was 400,000 years after the "big bang."
