| Thank you Dietmar. This is exactly what I needed. I've admired your images for some time. I'd posted a question on Cloudy Nights a couple of days ago asking about order of processing. Let me ask you... When you combine your subs, do you combine all the luminance to make a luminance master, all the reds for a red master, etc., then combine the masters for the final color? Or do you combine each individual exposure image for a set of color images than combine those? For example, if you have a set of 3 images L1 R1 G1 B1, L2 R2 G2 B2, L3 R3 G3 B3 Do you combine L1 L2 L3 to get LX, then R1 R2 R3 for RX, G1 G2 G3 for GX, B1 B2 B3 for BX then combine LX RX GX BX for a final color image Or do you combine L1 R1 G1 B1 to make IMAGE1, L2 R2 G2 B2 to make IMAGE2, L3 R3 G3 B3 to make IMAGE3 then combine IMAGE1, IMAGE2, IMAGE3 for your final color image? Or does it make any difference? Thanks David
