| The previous owner of my TAK TOA130 installed a 3" extension between the scope tube and 2.7" focuser (pic attached). I want to remove it so I can reach focus with a Denk BV. How do I remove it? Does the focuser and extension just screw off? Brian, I know you sell these extensions so your experience would be helpful. I also want to convert my S (2.7") focuser to an F (4"). Brian, can you get these F focusers? How long will it take? and How much do they cost?

| Hello Scott, That part does not look like our extension piece. To remove what I see in the picture, you will need a .9mm allen wrench and once you loosen it you turn it counter clockwise in order to remove it from the tube. You can then proceed to take off the focuser and then thread the focuser in its place to the tube directly. To convert your TOA-130 2.7" to a 4" would simply require the 4" focuser assembly. I will get you a price for one on Monday. Quote:
