Default What filters to buy?

I recently purchased a SBIG camera and now am looking into doing some RGB work using their CFW. I have spoken to a few dealers and it seems that there are so many different opinions on who makes the best filters.

So far the most recommended filters seems to be the Hutech, Astrodon and Custom Scientific brands. Are there huge differences between these brands of filters?

TIA,

Ken

I purchased a set of Custom Scientifc filters and they seem to be excellent. The price was not too bad and now the limiting factor is me actually taking the images.

Depends on what type of sky you have, Ken. Bright, dark?

Neil I live in a large city and generally image in my yard that is heavily light polluted. I have read that I would be better off with narrow band filters and then some say it is still possible to do RGB work?

This stuff can get sooooo confusing! Any suggestions would be of much help to me.
