I appreicate your criticism as well as your kind words. As you probably know, all PWT products are machined and as such, the deliveries greatly depend on the machine shop finishing the job on time and to specifications. My previous machine shop was slow with delivery of parts. Often, after completion of the machining, many of the parts where rejected for various reasons and had to be remachined. I now have a new machine shop which is in the process of ramping up for production. Along with the new machine shop, a couple of products will be discontinued in order to speed up the production of existing products and the new products I will be introducing. As far as Monolith LT goes, I have not shipped the first production yet, but will do so very soon. To satisfy my own curiosity and also to address your concerns - I do not recall making promises which I have not delivered on. Could you let me know what promise(s) you are referring to? Thank you again, Shahin Zarehparvar Particle Wave Technologies |

| Shahine I do not mean to criticize you or your products openly but when I had a monolith on order with a dealer of yours last year every time I spoke to them they told me that you promised that it would be ready in another "2 weeks time". This went on for months and months and months. this was quite some time ago but when I saw your post of your new version I only hope that your delivery is more realistic. The fact that you had problems with your machine shops should be your problem not one for all of your customers that are waiting for something that was promised in a certain time frame but never delivered. You are justified in your criticism and I look at it as constructive criticism. I am sorry you had to wait for the Monolith. The 2006 production was the most difficult, trying and frustrating production of Monolith I have ever had, not only because of shop trouble but because of material supply problems. The “2 week” you were quoted by the dealer was actually accurate depending on when you asked the questions because that is what I was quoted myself. And you are correct, the problems with machine shop are PWT’s problems and not the customers, and that is one of the reasons I now have a new machine shop and new designs. When the work is contracted, there always will be problems out of my control, but again, I have taken steps to correct many of these problems. For example, if you order a Monolith now, you will receive it in 3 or 4 weeks. Anyhow, you can expect more products, faster delivery and the same quality from PWT in the future.. | Shahin its not the fact that I had to wait but how many stories and promises that I was told by one of your dealers. I suppose that in retrospect I could have called you directly but my understanding was that since you were selling your product through your dealers, this is the route that I went. I kid you not when I say that everytime I called for an update it was another 2 weeks that they told me. This went on for over 8 months until I got so frustrated that I cancelled my order. BTW my order for Monolith was place in 2005 so you can see that I waited for a long time until I cancelled. I said it before and I will say it again your products are very nice and seem to be very well engineered but your distribution methods through your dealers and communication with them regarding your products need some serious work. There is a lot more competition out there now in regard to piers and people have a lot more choices so I suggest that you consider this when quoting delivery dates and product launches to prospective customers.
