Showa Mounts

I came accross this http://www.telescope.co.kr/shop/list...00000000000000
They are the Showa 20E and 25E mounts. The best I can figure is the 20E cost about $10,700. The best I can figure is the use the Skysensor2K as the controller.
http://www.showakikai.co.jp/jp/index.htm shows the mount for $8900.
