| This is a dim emission object, radiating primarily in the hydrogen wavelengths. Located in Cassiopeia, near the boarder with Cepheus. It is positioned near its much more famous and prominent neighbor, NGC7822. I sure did enjoy this imahe, Neil! honestly - you and bud always amaze me with the knowledge (and results) on rarely known objects like this one. who ever thought - some 10 years ago - that this particular region in the sky holds objects that would ever be "imagable" for amaterus! great stuff! one for the books! |

| Beautiful shot of this object, Neil...it is usually completely ignored.....in the widefield of this area it looks like the dot at the bottom of the question mark.
