| Folks: This forum seemed to be the best place to post this but I think it would be "fun" viewing by novice through expert levels. The site I listed below certainly illustrates one of the creative ways in which people present their work. Here's the URL: http://homepage.mac.com/rarendt/Pics/chrono.html I ran across this URL while looking for some Crab Nebula RGB relative ratio numbers that I could use as a guide in my color image processing of M1 I took the other night. The site owner has many different kinds of GIF animations made from his various backyard shots explaining certain relative movement concepts (asteroids, satellites, planets, and etc) and other things. He even shows one stars movement relative to another over the course of a year's imaging. This site is just plain fun to look through with all the various animations he has put together from his imaging work. I thought it was "different" from the usual mundane format of just displaying static images. Enjoy this little gem of a site! |

| Yup, I believe that Arend, I've seen his posts in other forums as well. Very nice guy, takes a real good interest in astronomy in all its aspects. His images are actually improving very well too. Daniel |
