Default Guiding with "PHD"

PHD is a relative "newcomer" to the guiding software arena. "Push Here Dummy", it's free to download and use.

I've read several reports of good luck using the program and as soon as the clouds move out, I'll try it myself.

The author also has several other imaging programs available, "Nebulosity", as well as a DSLR control program.

Well, 400D support is promising for me (and probably for Ken).

Got my mount, GPUSB is about the arrive. Got EOS400D, ordering DSUSB for shutter control soon. Downloaded and installed PHD on notebook. I have almost anything to test PHD and Nebulosity.

I'm missing only a negligible component in my setup. A scope!

Actually waiting for the next shipment from Japan. I'm sure I'm going to test both software with my setup.

If you have trouble understanding Nebulosity you can refer to my Manual that I made for the New user. It's on his Stark-labs.com website under tutorials
